Le Clos du Tue-Bœuf imports wines from foreign colleagues, selected for the quality of their work and the originality of their expression. These are exclusively natural, organically grown wines.
This history started with the wines of Joan Ramon Escoda, a winemaker from Montblanc in Spain. Seduced by their quality, Thierry Puzelat decided to import them and distribute them in France. Then, little by little, Thierry and Jean-Marie went to discover natural vintages from all Europe and beyond (Georgia, Chile, Japan…). These are both viticultural and friendly meetings, a way to share an unsung craft and to expose French taste buds to new flavors.
